R10 is document completeness & R11.2 is eligibility. Your eligibility would be passed within 1 month of AOR. But, in MyCIC profile your eligibility review will be "In Progress" until your application will be approved.

So, yes, in your GCMS (since you passed 2 months after AOR), you will be able to see if your eligibility is been passed or not.

It varies depending on application volumes in visa offices. Sometimes it may be your country of residence and sometimes it may be your country of citizenship and other times may be neither of these.

I am gonna order GCMS notes in order to know my VO and prospective timeline I would expect. I am an Iraqi citizen who lives in New Zealand and my local VO may be Sydney, Australia or Amman, Jordan or it could be anothe one.

Thank you for letting me know Vicky. Yes. Mine is also changed medical status to "Passed" for the second time today. But by BG status remain "Not needed at this time". They are working on it, we may need to be keep watching & hoping the best.
