Hey guys, is there any PNP Inlander in November group, who haven't received PPR yet??
Please guys let me know, i want to know how much maximum time CICmtake for PNP inlanders
It's my 5th month and PNP is expiring in 2 days and PCC expiring at the end of this month.
Thanks

relax your pnp or pcc expiry doesnt matter once you have filed for your PR ,

all cic needs is you have a valid pnp and a valid pcc when you apply for pr which you did so relax.

there are lots of ppl fropm sep and oct aor who have crossed 6 months and still waiting for PPR including me.

+1 if it helped.

Anybody from November got PPR?

Hi Everyone,

Finally, I have got the mail - "Ready for Visa". Like everyone else, I would like to thank the entire group in providing all the required valuable information throughout the journey.

I need help in understanding the process on how to use VFS India for sending my passports.

Thanks....

So folks collected CoPR and passport back from VFS yesterday.. What an amazing feeling it is! ;D

Also got my second set of gcms notes last week;will post the details in a few days.

Good luck to all those still waiting for "the golden email"!

I am in little bit complicated situation, need expert opinion and help:

1. My wife was included in my express entry application, she is BD and her passport supposed to be stamped of PR VISA from Singapore visa office. She submitted it 11 May, its almost one month but no response.
2. I got my passport back after PR approval with CoPR and PR VISA. i have already booked my flight to back home.

3. Now twist begins, suddenly I come to know that I can't land as PR as long as my wife's PR VISA stamping is done. That means I can't come back from BD and land in Canada.
4. I have another visa "post graduation work permit and visa" My question is can I still use this visa to land in Canada not as a PR or this visa becomes invalid as soon as PR VISA is issued ????

My journey ends here... Collected my COPR and Passport from VFS yesterday... Check my timeline for details... I wish everyone all the best and may Allah bring the best news of your lives in this month of Ramadan.

Hats off to this forum...This forum is equal to 10000 consultants....

As I am planning my landing, I am a little confused whether I can land in Toronto instead of Edmonton which is written in COPR. I am a FSW not a provincial nomiation.

Hi,

I don't think it should be a problem.

If anything, let immigration know that you were not providence nominated, and as such, you have changed
your settlement plans and will remain in Toronto.

My COPR said Calgary but I am going to settle in Toronto.

All the best and may all your dreams come through in Canada.

God's richest blessings to you and your family.

You should be able to by informing the border officer you do not wish to activate PR yet.

According to the law, you can land in any province in Canada. IF the visa officer ask you : "where you going to stay in Toronto ?" Arrange a friend's address, just for being in safe side. And approximate stay in Toronto. They ask some common question and check your answers for verification of truth.

Its no problem at all. You wont proceed for PR landing unless you tell CIC so explicitly. While you haven't landed and you have a valid work permit plus TRV (CIC won't cancel trv on passport as a worker), you can come to Canada as many times as needed using your worker TRV
