Hi All,
The background check went into In Progress on 21st Apr and got the RPRF request on 26th Apr. I paid the RPRF and uploaded the same on 26th Apr .

I got married on 27th Apr and I used IRCC web form to inform CIC of my marriage on the same day. Except for an automated reply, i havent got any more mails . I dont see any updates to my profile yet.

Is IRCC web form the only way to inform about change in my marital status ? Normally how many days would they take to respond .

Don't worry, BG is in process from the early stages for most inland applicants. The ones who are happy with their BG going in progress are mostly outlands, you can confirm this by looking at the spreadsheets. I'd say your application is within normal timeline, you just have to hang on a little bit more. Or you can also order GCMS notes if you want to better understand what's going on with your application.

Congratulations!
You need to email IRCC at the email address your PPR came from and ask for a VO change, they'll send you a new PPR. Your local VO won't expect you otherwise.

Thanks! Hope as you said, maybe just have to hang on a little bit. I checked the spreadsheets, a lot of PNP Inland AOR around November 26 already got PPR a month ago. That is why I feel I am forgotten......

Hi Guys,

I have a question. I had my baby born in Canada during the processing of my application. I have notified CIC about the birth of my baby in January and sent them the date of birth certificate. CIC acknowledged me back that the certificate was received and since the baby is a Canadian citizen, they don't need anything. I see the information about the baby being added in my GCMS notes as well. Now that I ve received my PPR, I am thinking that there is no need to send the passport of the baby as she is a Canadian citizen and passport holder. Can any body who has experience in this regard let me know if I am doing right??

I received my PPR yesterday. My wife is pregnant and is due in August. One of the forum members suggested to intimate CIC of the change. I will intimating CIC about the same by sending an email or raising Case Specific Enquiy. Now should I wait till I get a reply or go ahead and send my passports to VFS.
