As per my knowledge , OUtgoing means any request letter sent out by CIC.

Any ideas what this is? I didn't receive any requests for information from CIC...

I have the same thing in mine, and was wondering that too. It's probably some kind of internal processing when they access our application!?

Nothing came through to me from CIC, no email and nothing through MyCIC.. this was 4th dec 2015 when it shows the file also got transferred to local VO. Of course, there has been absolutely no information from local VO or CIC since those docs in Nov 2015 or schedule 4 etc.

Ok just checked my GCMS notes and in my Under correspondence, Outgoing means they sent me a request letter to my cic. Even AOR is mentioned under outgoing.

Not sure if we should worry. Anyway now I have raised CSE, fresh GCMS and what not. Somebody should tell me why my gcms shows such inactivity officially soonish

I had 1 like this too. On the date that my application was moved from CPC to CIO. I also had a corresponding Incoming message at the same time. I just assumed that this happens when they move application to a different office. Im not 100% sure, but it looked like that and I ignored it.

if you will scroll up it would say Outgoing XX:
In that section you would see Application transferred. IT means it was transferred internally for CIO to CPC or elsewhere which is normal.
Items was requested by one department from another not PA

So far no good news. This is not Express Entry, this is Depress Entry. They will make you wait for PPR and force you into depression and then may let you enter! Frustrated

Agreed !! It's been five more months. This is not acceptable. Why there are people get it within 3 month and we have to wait so long, especially, there is nothing wrong with our files.
