From the sheet, I noticed there are 19 CEC Inland Candidates and 9 PNP Inland Candidates to be treated before they start working on the FSW Inland. Translating that to an idea of how much longer for us FSW Inland candidates is another thing.

Yes, that means her eligibility for that particular stream is passed for example whether its cec or fsw.
and Application 13 is the older one, if you look at the dates, most current one is Application 1, you just have to worry about that one.

congrats to those who got RPRF request. at least your apps are now moving.
i think it really depends on the local VOs now. coz some VOs process fast, and some... let's just say not really. case in point, my application has zero activity since dec 2015 when it was transferred to local VO. and i'll have my 5th month this weekend.
