Hi All,

Just a few updates from my end:

I submitted my FBI PCC on Feb 18th, 2016.
Received a request letter from CIC to pay the RPRF Fee online on Feb 23, 2016
I have been asked to submit passports within the next 30 days.

Now a few questions for the seasoned guys here :)

1). I paid the RPRF fee but there was no upload link in my account for the receipt - I raised a CSE for this is that ok?
2). On MyCIC account the review and BG check show up as "IN Progress" - Cant understand this
3). Does the RPRF and Passport request mean we are almost at the finishing line? (I'm just rechecking because I still cant believe it)

Would request the moderator to please update on the excel sheet. Thank you all!

i also gave up on CIC for the past 3 months. since Nov AOR, and after followup docs sent within the same month, zero progress whatsoever. then, starting February, many people got PPRs. hence, started to become active again in the forum.

not sure whether logging in to CIC every day helps, or is it purely dependent on visa office.

hi. been following this thread and glad for all those who have received their ppr's.

aor - nov 6
medicals passed - nov 8
request for additional docs - nov 10
additional docs given - dec 4

(fsw outland)

gave up on CIC status as there were no changes since i've passed the docs requested. haha. still waiting for the elusive ppr. fingers crossed everyday :)

i think this thread is more for those who already have ITA from CIC, and able to submit application (AOR) last november 2015.

but thanks for the observation regarding OINP. if it helps, it took me more than 6 months for my SINP to be in progress (applied last January 2015), and another month for actual province nomination.

If you check the OINP timeline sheet, you will realize that Ontario hadn,t processed any FSW application after October 2015. FSW Applicants who got AOR at October had taken 120 to 150 days average and another 60 days to receive Nomination.
2700PT Interest * $1500=$4050000 :o

Hello Everyone,

I just PPR for my PR application from October 2014 (Pre express entry). Because I also have an express entry application in progress, would anyone be able to advise if I should withdraw my express entry application now ? If yes, how can I get my RPRF back ?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you and all the best to everyone !

AOR Nov 4th.

Still waiting. :-\

Background check started after AOR a week.
Nothing changed...nothing...very quiet in my CIC account except a Schedule 4A requested.

Please let me see the magical PPR email....

We are the exact same! Nothing heard since a doc request regarding background check in early December. Silence since then... I thought PNP was supposed to be faster than CEC... should've kept my old app when it got reopened, haha... :'(

Congrats, APL! Yes you should withdraw your EE app. Once you do so they will begin to process your refund.

Everyone says PNP applicants are safe, it's just a matter of time. I hope so. But the waiting is just not pleasant... :-\
Hope we all get PPR.

I noticed you submitted your fingerprint in Dec. Was that CIC requested or you just decided to submit it anyway?
I'm inland PNP too. I didn't submit my Canada's police check coz the website says don't have to unless CIC asks.

Hello Gerbill !!

CIC requested me for these, and it depends on case to case as they don't ask it from everyone.
