Received GCMS notes for my app today...looks like eligibility is ok...meds are passed...R10 is ok...the file was last updated on 11 dec by CPC-Ottawa and was transferred to Pretoria under workload redistribution...since then there are no updates...what should I conclude from this? I am unable to copy paste the officer notes here as it is PDF...

Yours is the 2nd case for whom file has been sent to pretoria. Do the GCMS note have a specific mention of file transfer to Pretoria? I had ordered my GCMS notes on 14th Jan - I was hoping my VO to be NDVO, but since the number of days is close to 4 months I'm not sure if my file is here or if that also has been sent to some other place under work load distribution. NDVO has been processing applications faster. I'll update on the forum once I have received my GCMS notes.

May people have been posting their GCMS notes on this forum - I don't think copying specific text and pasting on the forum is not possible from PDF documents - may be you can try copying specific portions of the text from the file.

I thought so too, but it may not be the case. CIC seems to be doing some kind of load balancing between VOs. I'm waiting for my GCMS notes to comment on this further.

Yes, you should receive your GCMS notes as per the timelines set by CIC for GCMS...

Just submitted FBI PCC after 4 months wait.

Application reaching 3 months time from AOR. Not heard a peep from CIC so far about my application after 25th NOV.

The processing time of PR card is reduced to 42 days. Before it was 110 days.

I have very similar situation as you do. My AOR is 13 November. On 6th February after 4 months of waiting finally(!!!) I submitted FBI PCC. Didn't hear any update from CIC since December.

Same timeline. I just submitted my FBI pcc few days back. The application has been silent since nov 2015
