JZPASSI and Russian, thank you guys for sharing your experience ! Seems like in my case call centre agent choose the easiest way to answer. The only thing he suggested to me is to raise CSE to both visa offices - Ottawa and my country of birth (Ukraine), which I did. However, haven't got yet any reply from either of these offices ( just an automatic reply of receipt). Not sure where my aplication is, but I hope it is processing somewhere

I have called CIC to find out which visa office is working on my file. The girl asked me several security questions (name, adress, country of residence, UCI) and after answering she confirmed that my case is in Ottawa. That seemed to be no problem at all.

Thanks for the info, it's pretty interesting that even FSW are being processed in Ottawa.

I did a CSE for an address change, sent it to my LVO, and after several days they wrote back asking me to send that same information via a different CSE link. So even if those two were the wrong ones, they'll contact you and let you know where to send it, I think.

I paid my RPRF fee on 4th feb and on 10th feb my consultant ask me to drop passport. I did not check my status but on 4th feb it was not started.

Hi

Received GCMS notes for my app today...looks like eligibility is ok...meds are passed...R10 is ok...the file was last updated on 11 dec by CPC-Ottawa and was transferred to Pretoria under workload redistribution...since then there are no updates...what should I conclude from this? I am unable to copy paste the officer notes here as it is PDF...
