AOR in November 2015 - Let's get together

Hi there,

I am in the exact same situation, which is kind of worrying me to be honest. I submitted my application on the 7th of November and nothing has progressed so far. Any reasons why things would take a little longer than it did with others?

Also, this might sound like a silly question but I am not sure if I applied as a CEC or a FSW; how would I find out? I just followed the instruction I was given.

They will come back to you definitely. no particular reason for the delay.
you should read you AOR which you received in your mycic after transferring your profile to get to know the category you applied under. it is mentioned in first para

I need some information on the term "AOR" ? As soon as I uploaded my docs and paid fees (Processing fee+Landing fee), I received confirmation letter from CIC. Pls advice AOR & Applicate receipt confirmation is same thing or not? Given hereunder are my stats:

EE: 05/10/15 with CRS 948
ITA: 22/10/15
APP: 14/11/15

Got to know that AOR & application receipt confirmation is same thing. I just read the letter once again thoroughly and it is ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT.

One more update on my case is "Medicals passed"

Got a Schedule A form request on 16th November. Submitted on 17th November. Documents status has changed to 'Provided' on 17th. No change after that. Fingers crossed.

For some reason still haven't got the ecas access.

Did you also got a request for Schedule 4A? If yes, did your provided a letter of explanation or did your filled the form as it is for business nominees?

Yes I also received request for Schedule 4A. I read it and it did not apply to my stream, so I provided this letter:

"Re: Schedule 4A Document

To Whom It May Concern:

As a Provincial Nominee under the Skills Immigration stream (Express Entry British
Columbia – International Graduate – Reference Number SO-XX-XXXX, the Schedule 4A
document is not applicable to me."

Edited the reference number so no one gets confused--it's a personal reference number, not a generic one for the stream!

Even I am not sure about this. Probably someone who got the ecas access could shed a light on this.

On the third page of this thread someone has shared the link for ecas. I looked it up and entered the information. After entering the information, it said it didn't had any information on my profile. So I am guessing I still don't have ecas access.

They do not notify about ECAs access. You should check it randomly and one day, very soon, will see your name updated provided that the glitch in ECAS for EE candidates has been removed

I am in exactly the same kind of situation. I submitted my application on 4 November via NS PNP, but no update on my medicals and eligibility check. For both the system says "under review". Do not know what is going on. Why it is taking so long.

We both are in same shoe of 6th nov, but i got my medical passed perhaps on 11th nov and ecas updated to 4 lines. After that just review of eligibility in progress + a ghost email stating the update of profile but actually showing nothing updated.

Hi people. I also applied on the 6th of Nov. Medicals passed and BGC in progress both on the 13th of Nov. I noticed that whenever I received a ghost email, my account was updated a day or two after. A lot of patience is required after submission. All the best!
