Hello Experts!

i am not able to get the new Police certificate for china for my spouse. how ever she has one which she got 2 weeks before she left china.

now police station from china has refused to give police certificate.

i need to contact CIC and need to know what i am suppose to do in this situation.

can any body tell me how can i contact CIC. i tried to call cic call center but its not connecting.

cic email take 1 month to replay so please suggest me what i should do ...

A few hours ago I have received an email from my local VO - Request for Submission of Passports !
Still cannot believe this.
I have two applications - one was mistakenly cancelled - AOR August 24th.
So I reapplied with a new one while I waited for the other to be reopened. The new one AOR was Nov.15th. And the new one was just approved (No access to Ecas, MYCIC no change).

Not needed at this time means we have not yet received an application for permanent residence. You need an invitation to apply before you can submit an application for permanent residence.

Not started means that we have not begun the review of background information.

So, many of us (the November applicants) have already passed or going to cross one month wait period. Besides updates on medicals, nothing remarkable has been seen yet.

No fast track candidate among November's till now.

Anyhow ECAS access has played with our nerves and still playing, as many of us including myself haven't received their access back since the first glitch in mid November. Hopefully this will bring good news for all of us. Good Luck

I got one today, logged into mycic. Nothing there. Wanted to see if i was granted ECAS access. Did not get it. No update nothing but still an update mail.

Any one had or is in a similar situation?

Yes. Either you will see an update later today or tomorrow or it is a ghost email, meaning just a system generated email for no reason.
