However, I have not received any PPR yet and there is no changes in my status, background check is still not started. Does anyone here received same email from local VO? What does this mean? Can anyone guide me on the procedure to submit my passports to VFS Global Mumbai? From what I understand they need
1. Passport in person - so Primary and Dependant applicant must be present individually
2. Photographs
3. VAC Consent forms
Any other document needed?

me and my wife just got our bowp approved last Thursday. there were no changes in our account from when we applied, which was august 2nd. just one day it said approved for both of us. no email or anything till the next day. on Friday received an email and a message on my cic account saying bowp has been approved and we should receive the wp within six weeks. wp came in regular mail the next Monday.

but I think we just got lucky with the superfast delivery by Canada post. the delivery may take longer. but once it said approved we did not have to do anything else.

Pls take along Passport(s) your and other co-applicants. Photos as per the specification mentioned.
Print(s) of the PPR intimation one for one passport each.
They have individual envelope for one passport. And charges are Rs.580 per passport.
Only prime applicant can be present at the time of submission of passport.
Whilst collecting your stamped passports, if PA only goes to collect then he must carry original VFS reciept, id proof & xerox copy of same for all applicants, also authorization letter of other applicants who are not present.

Simple 10-15 min process.

Can NDVO people please share how long it took them to get their passport w/ visa and CoPR after passport submission following PPR? It's been six working days since I submitted my passport, and five working days since it has been ad the NDVO, but there has been no movement yet, and I am wondering whether I should start freaking out.
