The worst that can happen is you will be requested to send another set of photos with the information. Relax. Good luck!

Relax don't worry, No rejection can happen because of photo,
if they require anything they will surely contact you.
they have your passport to check photo, still worst case they can mix up your photo on COPR which you can get them to change.

FSW Inland

ITA: February 24, 2016
AOR: March 13, 2016

Background check in progress: August 7, 2016
PPR: September 8, 2016 at 7am

:)

Now the thing is my passport is expiring in February 2017, that means I have to renew it first before sending it right? Since thay said at least 6 months.

And how come there is nothing happened in my cic account, it still shows background check in progress and no final decision has been made. No message there.

I just got an email (to my personal email) titled "Ready for Visa" from CPCO-FinalRequest on September 8, 2016 at 7am. That's the PPR right? Meaning my PR has been approved?

Yeah, you actually should have had it renewed beforehand. But it's no worry, get on it now!
Congratulations, and good luck on your life in Canada!

What VO do you have?

From all the previous posts in the forum, MyCIC status will only change once they stamp the visa on the passport.

Thanks for your replies! To exclude any delays because of photos I went to Canada Post office (since it's Saturday they still had my letter!), opened it and signed one photo as requested. I had to pay for another envelop, but at least now I can sleep well)))

Hey folks,

Anyone in a situation where Principal applicant is in Canada and spouse is living overseas.

What is the fastest way to send spouse's passport to Canada High Commision in your home country?

Just go and talk to VFS in your home country or send an email to CIC?
