If you sent to Ottawa, it will takes around 2 weeks. My friend received her PP in two weeks.

I am on work permit and with LMIA. I got an invitation and my score was way higher than a lot of people in the pool but seems like I am the last one who still does not have ppr

Thank you for saying it. It gives me little bit of hope. I called cic the day before and they told me it might take few weeks or months that they do not know.. I hope I can get it by next week. That would be great!

BG in progress since July 11th..............Still waiting.......

We are in quite the same situation. It shows that my appli. has been transferred to HK office at the beginning of June for employment verification (3 yrs foreign work experience), but I'm not sure whether they been transferred back to Ottawa after the verification, or stay in HK till the end. No update since BG changed to in progress on 13th of July, and wondering what takes so long for BG to be completed...

Hi guys. I received my second set of GCMS notes today (after exactly 30 days). I received my first set of GCMS notes on 05 Jun earlier. I am surprised to see there is absolutely no change in the information given in the notes. I am 20 Mar AOR and my 6 moths window ends on 20 Sep (NDVO).
My BG Check status on mycic is "not started". GCMS shows assessments as follows:
Eligibility: Met
Security: Not started
HIRV:
Criminality: Not started
Medical: Passes

Is it normal to have hardly any movement almost 6 months after AOR? Or GCMS doesn't show the complete picture?
