Hi All,

Today Morning I received an email from CIC. It says CPCFO Final Request. It reads The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, permanent residence visa. If for any reason you are not able to meet this deadline, please inform us immediately by email to: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.ca with details concerning your situation...... Then a set of instructions to send photos etc.

Has anyone got this email from CIC? It does not look like ppr or copr. What does this mean? Please advice asap.

SO FRUSTRATED right now!! Not only did I receive nothing, but also called CIC and the "kind" agent told me I should contact my VO, even though Ottawa is processing my case. Didn't give me ANY information!!!

CIC is really making fun of our lives, here. I feel ridiculous waiting for this email.

Seems you are from Brazil. Even if being an outland and from Brazil, Ottawa is processing your case?

Normally, Sao Paulo is the one. Did you get GCMS notes to confirm this?

Hope you get PPR today still!

Same here! However when I called cic, the good lady told me that my application was approved and I should recieve an email soon. She also said that my application was processed in Ottawa. Havnt got anything yet. Hope we get it soon!

But yes, my GCMS notes showed that my VO was Ottawa and the agent also confirmed that they are procesing applications from FSW Outlanders there. But didn't give me anything.

It is on it way .. just a few meters more to cover before it gets to you!
