I'm sad to hear most February FSW Outlanders have not received PPR yet! I thought CIC had completed processing them!

Does that mean early March applicants need to wait for a couple more weeks?

Somebody shared a table with info on PPRs issued in each application class. It seems the majority of FSW outlanders have not received PPR yet.

Usually, if you are an Outland applicant, the VO is your nearest passport office.

For example Indians have New Delhi, south East Asians have Singapore..
But it's not an hard and fast rule.
GCMS notes can prove it conclusively.
