One ghost update a month ago and interview waived.

FYI: Background check went into progress somewhere around May or June (we had PCs for 9 different countries so maybe that's why it took so long for BG) but I've been reading about how PPR is sent a week or so after BG goes into progress, which was not true for our case.

Only given 7 days to get documents. Had to order additional documents from court in the US. Cost me a good penny to hire a legal service provider to get those documents as I cannot go to the court myself

Hope for the documents to get here on time. It has been such a long process. First time application for CEC in 12/2014 rejected because quota was met and had to reapply under express entry. Then had to get LMIA which was rejected once for inadequate advertising of the job posting. Now more documents. Ugghhh ... Hope to get the approval soon. Keeping fingers crossed!

My sister received her PPR in Mar 2016. Her category was FSW Inland

the email came from: "CPCO-FinalRequest / CTDO-DemandeFinale (CIC)" <IRCC.CPCO-FinalRequest-CTDO-DemandeFinale.IRCC@cic.gc.ca>

It could be from a different e-mail address (local visa office) for Outland applicants, I guess.

I am PNP Outland Applicant with AOR on March 29, 2016. My Medical and RPRF are upfront and BG Check went 'In Progress' on June 14, 2016.

I am worried why it is taking so long in my BG Check, it has been almost 02 months now since it is in progress.
