As per the above trend, the average is around 22 days.

To me it seems that the PPR date is more related to AOR date, as people got PPR this Tuesday mostly have AOR in the second week of Feb.

One of my Cousin's has applied for a student visa late July. It's been 16 days. He didn't get any response from NDVO yet.

Expect some delay for PPR. They will give preference to student Visas as Schools start end of August and 1st week of September.

CPC-Ottawa tends now to issue PPR for only those are going to hit the 180 days mark during the week. I will be surprised, and happy of course, if they issued a second wave this week.
Students visas may be the reason as stated earlier.

I ordered on a Sunday then I got my notes after 31 consecutive days late in the afternoon (EST time)

Will send a letter for reconsideration to CIC, I do hope it will work.
I didn't order GCMS, when I passed the 2-3 months post-AOR I thought everything was ok as refusal usually comes within that period. Now it's too late for regrets
I'm just worried that I might not have enough time left as my work permit will expire in couple of months.
This is really devastating, now I'm wondering if I should start from the scratch?

If your application is under reconsideration or if get a new AOR, then you can apply for bridge Work Permit.

Finally i found the ones struggling the same way i did ...all i know about my case is that i got AOR on march 9 and then received a ghost email on july 30 not sure that changed my BGC to in progress because i found it out that day.I am an inland cec lmia approved and still waiting
