I have also paid my RPRF on request, paying by MY CIC means uploading the receipt in my cic and then resubmitting your application, if last time, you have not got the message- Provided in two-three days after submission, it means it never reached them.
If you just uploaded and never resubmitted your application then also it was not complete and would not say provided.
If you had "Provided" and still they are asking it again, it means it's a technical glitch. In both the cases just upload your earlier receipts again and resubmit and check what happens this time in two days, If it says provided then you are good. No need to pay it again. I think, it's going to be O.K.

The receipt is not in the MyCIC messages section. As I said, at the time of RPRF request I got on May 30, there was no such option as paying via MyCIC. I just followed the instructions and paid at the online payment portal, which did not ask me any identification whatsoever. I then just uploaded the receipts for me and for my spouse separately... I really don't understand what's happening here. Did you guys pay via MyCIC?

I do have the reciept in my inbox showing the combined amount of the fsw application fee and the rprf. It's generated on a cic letterhead with a barcode and all that. So I guess it must have been through the cic portal.
If you've paid that by credit card why don't you look up the card statement? May be then you'll know where the payment was directed.

Thanks for your help. Well, I am computer literate enough to know the basic stuff And my application would have been long rejected if I did not re-submit the application with uploaded receipts 2 months ago. As I mentioned, both RPRF uploads are still there on MyCIC account with the status "Provided". Now, there is a third field for RPRF right below the already provided two. This is definitely a technical problem. I'll do as you suggest (upload the already uploaded receipts again) and raise a CSE to let them know about this.

Hi Gurpreet, it takes you to your MyCIC account, but there is no option there (unlike the first time submission) to make any payment.

Part of the CIC staff is probably on vacation. The remaining staff has more cases to process I guess.

Recently, most of the draws are only 700 ITA's.

Last year couple of my friends (classmates) applied for PR in June, they got within 2 months. I don't think vacations are slowing down the process.

Don't know if I will ever get a PPR
