I have a quick question for those of you who are seniors.

I submitted our application on March 4. However, in late July, I will be flying to Canada for a study program that will begin in August. So it is very likely that my PPR will find me after I've made it to Canada. In that case, I think I'm supposed to change my address so that CIC will tell me to send our passports to an Office in Canada to get them stamped, right?

Will that complicate anything?

Do you know of any EE FSW applicants who moved from their homeland to Canada within the 6-month processing time?

Oh well, I will still keep my fingers crossed in the hopes that the golden mail will magically find its way to my mailbox nowadays

I Have applied my express entry on March 31st 2016 after been rejected for not applying with U.A.E police certificate. The first application was Dec 2015 and i got the rejection on Jan 20th 2016. I had to wait until i got my police certificate from U.A.E. I am a CEC Inland with LMIA. I have also received my Alberta Nomination. Do you guys think i should send CIC my alberta Nomination Certificate as PNP Inland files are getting processed Faster.

Plz Any suggestion?

AINP is paper based. CIC take around 8 to 12 months to process paper based application.

I see that you got a RPRF request on May 28th. It's a positive sign. Don't worry about 16.1 C unless you have a criminal record.

Thanks for your positive words, Legal falcon post about 16.1 c which states that sometimes false alarms are raised is also relieving but I am just worried about my eligibility status which is review required in mid and then not started next . Also in starting assessments it is not started. I am thinking may be due to false alarm and 16.1 c it does not say met yet as all the comments are positive by officer in 11.2 assessment.

This won't cause any issue or affect my application in any manner, right?

Hang in there, fellow Texan! I ordered GCMS a week after submitting FBI PCC and they had not processed that information back then. I have ordered another one to see if they have processed FBI PCC. I am 22 March AOR. My BG is "Not Started" since 25 March. No updates on my application post 25 Mar. However, my GCMS notes mention R10 OK, A11.2 Met and Eligibility Met. Criminality was "Not Started" due to FBI PCC. That should have passed now.
Lets hope for a positive outcome soon!
