GCMS notes just arrived!

Ordered on June 1st.


My AOR date is March 17 and A11.2 was in March 22! Only 5 days to check all documents. Amazing!

Now, why is it taking so long to complete the security check? lol

I'm sorry, but what is this "due date"?

Files were transfered from Centralized Intake Office to CPC-Ottawa on March 23rd. No more moviment since then. Also, there are no records of Sao Paulo VO.

Email them and request for a status on your GCMS. They should respond or better yet send across your notes!

I wonder if any March applicant has already received PPR after submitting the FBI PCC. If there is anybody please let me know.

I applied for PR through PNP and my application was received on January 7th and I received the file number on March 17th, 2016. I am able to use online services to check current status of my application. While I do that, it only showing my application is in process since 18th March, 2016. There is no further changes/updates on it.

My question - Is it normal or I should be worry because of there is no further updates?

Notes 1: Requirements of A11.2 Met, which further talks about meeting education, wes, IELTS, no adverse remarks, qualification, copies of documents, nomination, work experience, matching duties with NOC code.

Notes 2: police certificates R10 Ok, all police certs on application, criminality decision passed, education docs verified, foreign education credentials verified, and no change of age from ITA to e-apr

Notes 3: Support service Agent remarks: Application sent for R10 review with Min Score and ITA Score, Principal Applicant application promoted, medical attached, client fees paid, IELTS Threshold met, and finally verified documents set for review: Client Info, Edu Docs, Police Certs

From the above highlighted and indented text, what inference should I draw - whether R10 check ok, or A11.2 Criteria Met or nothing completed but everything is in progress.

Kindly shed light on the above.

Just to be clear, you have received ITA and submitted PR application on 17th March? If that is the case then it is completely normal for inactivity till now... At minimum your medical should be passed. You can order GCMS notes to get more details and reduce your anxiety

These can only be ordered from inside Canada either by you or someone authorized to request and receive them on your behalf.

I am in a similar situation. However, it doesn't seem that my file has been transferred to any local visa office. the secondary office mentioned in my case is the CIO and the primary office remains CPC-Ottawa!

I have a question- is it sure that they send our files to local visa office?? if yes, then when does that happen? Any clue?

According to the notes my file has not been reviewed by a case analyst yet! and According to the answer I got for an email I had sent 2 weeks after I had ordered GCMS notes, my case is in the queue to be reviewed by an officer. So, guess the file has not been sent to LVO.
