My timeline is as follows:

PNP - Inlad - Ontario - Human Resources Stream
CPC - Ottawa
NOC 2175

Submission and AOR - March 30
Additional document (Schedule 4) - 11th April
PPR - May 30
PPR Sent - May 30
Decision made (Approved in CIC web) - June 2

Some facts:

* My first PR submission was cancelled due to incorrect police check supplied
* I had to ask Ontario PNP to move my Nomination to another EE profile, b/c above
* B/c of above, I lost about month and a half time.
* I lived in Canada for more than 10 years.
* Nomination will expire mid June
* I am currently under PGWP (graduated from University in Ontario, a year ago)
* been working full time, in one workplace over 1 year

I have checked historic conversion rates and the amount in bank has stayed above the minimum required since the ITA.

Seems like very conflicting information regarding the funds.

But if the funds are more than the CAD 18500 you mentioned you definitely need not worry. Though you can check the conversion rate and ensure that the amount is correct. Use xe.com for historical data against the date of funds review.

Stay positive. Sometime ignorance is a virtue.
If you cannot do anything to affect your application (b/c you sent it already),

Sailing in the same boat!! I think the best way out is to get GCMS notes and ensure that the eligibility is cleared. I ordered mine last week. Cant say what are you lacking in the experience letter, but if you can get it modified to suit CIC, then raising an CSE is a good move.
