Do you really have to do that? Isn't that a given? With all due respect, it is ridicolous to think when a PNP nomination expires, an ongoing federal application will be affected. Nomination expiration date should be irrelevant as long as there is an ITA received and an application filed within the effective period of a nomination certificate. Correct me if I am wrong.

while you and Aragorn165 are correct & the understanding of the PN is frozen once the PR application is in process, is well understood by all, this is a sort of contingency action for worst case scenario, where, if due to any reason, the application is rejected then you are left from both the ends. and only way out is to re-do the entire process of PNP filing. Which is universally known might take frustrating long time.

Did sorting of data available in Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb spreadsheet. Got following numbers:

Category: PNP Outland
Total data: 97 entries
Average:100 days
Median:101 days

Appreciate your extensive work out! A further dig out to know the processing time of different VISA Offices will shed further light. I am more concerned about the NDVO processing time as it is running at a snail speed, I suppose!

I tried to calculate for New Delhi also but unfortunately not much data is available (My Visa office is NDVO too). 97 is a good sample size for deriving a trend. For New Delhi only 10-15 cases are available. Average time was around 115 to 120 days.

Hello all,

I was asked to submit RCMP clearance on April 15, which I submitted on May 4. But I haven't received any update since then, not even the confirmation if the letter is the correct one that they asked for. Is this the normal process. ?

Do you think the processing time would differ according to the VO for PNP-Outland applicants ?

Yes it varies big time. For Example London Visa office works super fast (60-70 days), Abu Dhabi at snail's pace (sometimes over 200 days).

From AOR as per my understanding from the posts here in forum.

Any third party reliable service to order GCMS notes? I dont really have any close friend or family in Canada to order through. Please recommend some that you have tried.

I have used www.visafile.info to order on 4th May. You can give that a try, they have 20% refund offer for today.

You don't need a close friend in Canada. All you need from them is their phone number and address. They don't need to do anything.

visafile.info is the best way to go if you do not have any contact whatsoever in Canada.

Thanking you.

Guys, I got PPR email just now!

Inland PNP EE

AOR: 8-Mar-16
Eligibility: Review in Progress
Medicals: Passed 23-Mar-16
Schedule 4 submit: 21-Mar-16
Schedule A submit: 17-Apr-16
BK: In progess (since May 13 till now)
PPR: 27-May-16

Wish you can get PPR soon too!
God bless.

Questions:

1. I renewed my passport this February and I did not update CIC with my new passport info, so they only have my old passport info on their record. Do I need to mail both expired passport and new passport to them, or only mail the new passport?
2. in CIC account, the status has not changed yet, it still shows: bk in progress. Is it normal?

Thanks.

Thank you.
