6 applicants DEC-AOR got their PPR on 4 May 2016 (CEC and FSW Inland)

What's the trend for FSW Outland? I am from Mumbai (India). Typically, how long is the processing time for FSW Outland applicant based on current trend?
Any insights into this will be appreciated.

I have recently submitted my FBC PCC. I have noticed that CIC speeds up processing after FBI PCC. I am sure that there is no scientific reason behind it and each case is bespoke. But, thanks to my over-enthusiasm, I am still trying to draw a pattern here to see when I can get my PPR!

Thanks,

Thanks,
I got FBI PCC request immediately after I submitted by PR app (along with LOE for FBI PCC missing). They created an upload option for me with deadline of 24 May. I just went on mycic and uploaded the pdf.
But, I also sent the CSE assuming that they may not check for the document in my account till 24 May.
Hope this helps!

this is just an observation, and not a hard truth.

generally FSW Outland are the ones who receive PPRs much faster than CEC Inland and FSW Inland. But ideally not to expect anything up until 4 months from AOR, but there were exceptions.

then for a little while CEC Inland got PPRs with in 4 months. So we can't predict anything.

best bet would be to start expecting anything after 4 and half months and once you are into 6th month you can expect PPR any-day.

in your case I am guessing there will be no updates before 24 may 2016, and then depending on the updates you can guess when you might receive PPR.

Well, I'm trying to stay positive and calm during this excruciating waiting time! I'm FSW-Inland and I guess that's the slowest category!
There's this thread called "INLAND FSW .... CONNECT HERE" which might be useful to keep an eye on(unfortunately I can not post links here, but it's easy to find). Looking at the timelines on this thread, we should not expect to hear anything useful before a 5-5.5 month period. We just have to chill, order GCMS notes every couple months and hope for the best!

Good luck you all, and let's hope for a speed-up in the process.

Same boat on FSW-inland. I guess the thread you mentioned is this one? http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/inland-fsw-connect-here-t349156.0.html

Also another newer FSW-inland thread http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-inland-no-pnp-no-lmia-nov-dec-jan-16-lets-share-our-progress-t412980.0.html

I ordered GCMS notes on April 20 but still not receive it :'(

Two months since AOR today :o :o :o :o
I will also complete 2 months on 20 May. No progress on my app yet. I submitted FBI PCC 4 days back. Still no update. Hoping to see a speedy processing in the coming weeks!

Two months coming up in a week for me. Planning to order GCMS around 20th May to 25th May.

Guys, cool down. Most people won't have any update in the first 4 or 5 months. Of course, there are some people who get the PPR in a month or two, but they are exceptions. If that happens, it would be great, but don't be expecting that because it could lead to angry and frustration.

I'm almost reaching 2 months. And since AOR, there is no update on my profile, which is expected. I know the waiting game is a painful game to play, but we must remain patient.

Also, there are no specific steps that must happen in order to get the PPR (like BG turn to "in process", medical turn to "passed"). I've seen many different cases here, even people who medicals only changed to "passed" a few days before getting the PPR. So, don't freak out if your medicals or BG haven't changed yet.

As someone said here, PPR are raining for people from November. So I expect the same to happen to us around August. Until then, hold on! 8)

True that vfonte. Even average processing time is around 120 days.

Agreed.

We must remember that the worst part of the process is already done. Now it's just a matter of time until we get our visa.

Totally agree! I said to myself when I submitted the application in Dec that I wouldn't expect to hear anything til end of April/beginning of May. It helped keep my sanity and I rec'd PPR yesterday! Set a realistic goal and if CIC exceeds it then it's a bonus. Good luck!
