Request for additional doc (MCC ECA Report for Medical Degree): 27-Feb-16
Additional doc submitted: 02-May-16
Present Status: Awaiting response from CIC

If any one has a similar timeline and has received any further response, then pls share.

Just got an update that my BG changed from IP to Not Needed on May 4.

Finally!!!

Does BG changes from "in progress" to "not needed" mean anything? Some guys on this forum say it means R10 (completeness check) is passed. I ordered GCMS note when my BG changes from "in progress" to "not needed" on April 20 but still not receive it.

Just got an update that my BG changed from IP to Not Needed on May 4.

No updates since then - almost a month now BG - STILL NOT STARTED

for many applicants in this discussion board - BG status changed

this is driving me crazy and making me worried - any sort of insights much appreciated

I've ordered for GCMS on 23rd April 2016. Will post updates when I receive them.

No need for updating CIC about spouse ECA, this will add to the time for processing.

Order GCMS note to know whats happening on your application.

You should be getting yours shortly i think, within the next couple of days

I am waiting for an update on BG too. I recently submitted the FBI PCC. I hope to see some traction on my application now. Please check my timeline.

I am in the same boat.

AOR 9 March
Med Passed - almost immediately
Wife's SG PCC asked 13 March
SG PCC uploaded 20 April
BG Not started.

Seems like IRCC makes changes once in a while how they process applications.

A few applicants from Oct - there were no update on BG until the very end

then the BG went from Not Started to In Progress and then in a week or 2 they received PPR

by the way - PPRs were thrown like cookies to AOR-NOV applicants on 3rd n 4th of may more than 25 people have received PPR
