Urgent! Need advice! They are going to reject me, got letter, they don't like my tax records. Who knows reliable immigration consultant or attorney give me please email!!!!

How do you know that they are not going to accept your tax records?

Maybe you can get advice from Mr. Asivad, who is a VIP member of the forum. He is a very helpful guy and gives any hint he can. I don't know about other consultants but you can search the internet and find some experienced lawyers.

However, do not panic! When they gonna reject an applicant they must have the most convincing reason/s for that. Thus, if your documents are genuine, you do not need to panic. Just calm down and try to satisfy them with every additional document you can.

That's awesome news man. Congrats! I know you've been waiting a while for this! Just had a quick question for you: what was yor background check status showing on your profile up until the point you got your PPR? Did it change prior to you getting the PPR? or was it In Progress for a while and then you just got the PPR out of nowhere?

this is going to be a long post so apologies in advance: so here's an interesting communication i had with IRCC. Once I got my GCMS notes a few days ago and analysed them, i send of an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa

To: Case Processing Officer
I received my GCMS notes earlier today and based on the information below (extracts from the GCMS notes), would like to inquire about a few things that follow below.

APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT
AOR Date: 2016-03-22
Assigned To: ES9673
Assigned By: RK6165
Due Date: 2016/12/10

ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed

Last Update to File: 2016-08-18

Office: CPC-Ottawa

I have passed 9 months of waiting period since my AOR back in March 2016 and have had my assessment of eligibility, criminality and medical all passed.
Given my file was assigned a due date for December 10, 2016, I wanted to understand where my application stands since that date is already past; the last update I see to my file as per the GCMS notes received, was on August 18, 2016.

Just trying to understand when I can expect to be informed of a final decision.

To which they responded, literally within 2 hours by the way...

Dear applicant,

Thank you for your e-mail.
We have read your concern and would like to inform you that the processing of your application is progressing as expeditiously as possible. Because each application is unique it is difficult to guarantee a specific time frame for its completion.
I thank you for your patience. Please be assured that you will be contacted immediately should further information be required regarding the next steps in your file.

So I replied back again

Thank you for your prompt response.
While it is encouraging to hear that my application is being processed as expeditiously as possible, you can understand my concern: especially after officer GJ01140 incorrectly assessed my work experience as insufficient on March 25, 2016 and not meeting eligibility.
It wasn't until August 18, 2016; after 5 months of no activity on my file and being in limbo, that, TS6985 revisited the initial assessment and corrected it.
I would like to know if this inactivity of 5 months on my file and time lost, due to an incorrect assessment, is being taken into account to process my application?
I appreciate your help in this matter.

They responded again within a few hours with this reply

Dear applicant,

Thank you for your email.
Please be informed that we are awaiting the results of some internal processing prior to the finalization of your application. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times. Please note that we will no longer be responding to status inquiries for this application. Please be assured that you will be contacted immediately should further information be required regarding the next steps in your file. Your continued patience is greatly appreciated.

I think they realised I was doing some digging and told me they won't respond to any more e-mails, lol. i'm just trying to decipher what it means when they say, we are awaiting the results of some internal processing prior to the finalization of your application. - does that mean that the background check is still in progress or does it means background check has been done and they have to analyse the results through some internal processing before finalizing the application? it's not possible they're still doing a background check even after 5 months (BG check went in progress in mid July 2016). I have a feeling they're just lagging in Ottawa on my file. I dunno...thoughts?

Sorry for your delay but I thing that it would be better to stop sending them any more emails pointing that they delayed your application.Otherwise they could also dig and make problems .There is no perfect application ,and they could make issue from any small thing.
Act very polite in order for officers to facilitate the things and decrease the verifications.
Hope to see you received the golden email soon!
