what did you submit for your divorce documents initially?

I needed to provide a copy of the judgement document stamped & signed by the court and also the petition to file for divorce. (I had one that was stamped copy) THey asked for a certificate but they do not issue one at the courts in California. The judgement is the certificate.

How many Inland applicants did not have their BG "In-Progress"?

Based on the spreadsheet, the majority are "in progress". But want to know if the remainder are inactive on the forum or they didn't get it.

I had it at "in progress" for a couple of days during the first weeks of my application but has been on "not needed at this time" since April

Additional documents requested (resubmit IMM5406 and additional court documents of divorce): August 10
Ghost email: August 11

Only given 7 days to get documents. Had to order additional documents from court in the US. Cost me a good penny to hire a legal service provider to get those documents as I cannot go to the court myself

Hope for the documents to get here on time. It has been such a long process. First time application for CEC in 12/2014 rejected because quota was met and had to reapply under express entry. Then had to get LMIA which was rejected once for inadequate advertising of the job posting. Now more documents. Ugghhh ... Hope to get the approval soon. Keeping fingers crossed!

OK BG Check went in progress after additional docs were submitted on Friday night. This is the second time after 5 months of inactivity that it is going back to "in progress" status! keeping fingers crossed
