I sent out my passport on Oct 7 and they received it on the 9th
My cic account showed approval on Oct 23 and now I'm waiting for them to send back my passport.

Hi All

Just wondering if someone can help. I have pnp ee visa that is expiring 24th November.

When I checked pr status it said decision made on September 30th but no PPR so far and my cic profile still has not update to decision made.

What type of visa extension can I apply for, as bridging visa says i need 2nd AOR but i never got a 2nd one yet.

I received my pp back from Cpc Ottawa on 26 oct , hopefully doing landing on 31 October.

I'm inland cec
App submitted 17 July
Dm on 10 September
Ppr received on 13 October
Pp sent on 13 October
Pp received at cpc Ottawa on 16 October
Application approved and closed 23 October
Return tracker activated - 23 October
CoPR and passport received on 26 October
Landing on 31 October

I got a ghost email last night, no update to my CIC or ECAS though, still showing 'In Process' So excited and hoping this means my application was worked on yesterday. Three weeks left on my working holiday visa!! ;D Did anyone else get a ghost email?

I'm definitely CEC, I don't have a Provincial Nomination.
I've been frightened about why it is taking so long, as so many other CEC applicants have been processed much faster than mine has :'(

Hang on there man. You still have me, anxiously waiting here with you I pray for you that your ghost email will turn into a precious "Decision Made" (=Approval) within the next one or two weeks. And since I applied two weeks after you, I also pray for myself to receive "DM" (=Approval) by the end of November. Keep fingers crossed ;D

Hi All,

I am FSW offshore applicant with AOR on 8th July.

I got an mail from CIC yesterday saying that your application has been updated. There was no change in ECAS status but my cic login page there was an update. My background check now says that in progress.

Hope I get DM in next month or so.
