Hi legalfalcon and others..

I've got new gcms notes and found that previously hidden information by s.16(1)(c) in note section is now released. I was recommended for interview in April but no letter sent to me for that. Here is the full note now:

My wife lives in Montreal as an international student but my nomination is from Saskatchewan. Is that the reason they asked to Sask for confirmation and recommended interview? As the hidden note is now released to me, does it mean all ok now?

Once the notes are released that means that the investigation has been concluded, or dropped. It could be that when CIC contacted Saskatchewan, they did not confirm the PNP and therefore there was a need to have an investigation.

At this juncture, just to be on the safer side you should send a CSE or an email to the local VO and confirm if there is an interview scheduled. Your wife's status as an international student residing in Montreal is of no significance. If they have to check her status to ensure she has a valid one, they would do it during the BGC and with the information available on record through the application.

That is true, sometimes they recommend a review but an agent might decided against it. Just hang in there mate. I know its tough, but you are almost there.

Hi, what was time duration between your 2 gcms. I got my first gcms one month ago, eligibility, Security criminality all are not started. I want to order second one.
