Hey pav, is the wording of the AORs different? does the second say your application is complete?

Some are getting a second AOR as a glitch and I'm just curious..

The 1st AOR was simply application received kind of stuff.
And the 2nd one states UCI no. And says following:
CIC has reviewed your application and determined that it meets the requirements of a complete application as described in sec10 and 12.01.
CIC will now begin processing your application.

I got ecas access,may be i recieved yesterday 2nd AOR, it is after that.
So pk-2015 you can update the spreadsheet
It says application received.

I am applying from India (outside canada)
Though I Haven't got any clue if processing is done at local visa office..anyways if it is so, it can be chandigarh or new delhi in my case.

My cic status exactly same as yours,I think i got ecas access due to 2nd AOR.
But don't worry there are a lot of applicants in the forum who havn't received 2nd AOR.
Can't understand,why some are getting and why others not.
