HI

Please help me why i am not receiving any update after July 14, 2015?

I submit my application on July 14 and received AOR on same day. Everyone got medical passed who applied after me but i didn't got any update.

Please reply what should i do?

I am in the same boat with you.

I have submitted my application on 15th July. No update yet.
Hopefully it will change soon.

When did you give you medical ?
From what I have seen with march -April applicants, medical given closer to the submission date changes to passed very soon.
Some of the April applicants have even waited for months to see the medical turn to passed.

I got it done before i submitted my application. Couple of weeks before that.

But i submitted the medical upfront report along with my application on July 14.

It took me 10 days to get the medical , I did few months before.
Generally speaking there is no real trend in how CIC updates various documents.

The only common fact I have noticed form march-April applicants it that, One can hope for pr in 4 months , if all the documents are in order.
Also I am guessing this process will be faster for people who submitted in June-July, as in the months of May there was only one round of invitation.
I can see the background check updates much more faster in case of applicants in this thread !!

I have seen the general view in this forum that if you do medical close to submission, the medical will pass faster. I think that is a myth. I did medical 3 months ahead, but my medical passed in a week.

I agree to that , as I said there seem to be no real trend with CIC.
There are people in who applied in early march who still have bg process as not started. However people who submitted in July got bg to in progress on the same day they got medical.

I agree too now. Just got update "Medical Passed" and BG is in progress now.

What will be the next update? and what do they check in BG? Any idea?

Don't be nervous.(whereas i was and still nervous too ;D). Many applicants who applied after me got 1-2 weeks before me. It's random i think.

From what I have noticed on here, if you have ECA access and medicals passed you do not receive updates for a while.
