Does CIC only send PPR emails at night?

Majority of the cases including myself received PPR mail after 10:30 PM EST. I think they might have some batch program which triggers these mails :) It is just my assumption though ;)

I hope a get it to , I have similar timeline as yours, my BG went to IP2 on April 23rd and didn't get PPR yet, I'm a little bit worry about it.

Why only CEC are getting PPR? Any other Inland categories recently?

I am a CEC, and I don't get PPR yet, and I saw tonnes of PNPs got ppr, maybe it takes more time to go through the checking process? everyone has different scenario
