That is when an officer is expected to pick up your file and do some work on it. In some cases the file is just left there without any attention. That is why in some cases when you order for GCMS you are able to know what is going on with your file and in some cases too it helps to push the file for further action.

Medical passed - July 14
BC - Did not notice when I got changed from NA to processing your background check. Just checked on Sept 18th

The truth is that if we have waited for 8 months without ppr, we might need to wait for another 8 months. You know how the security Screening works.
Relax and just forget about it.
It will come finally.

I doubt that. Eligibility should be complete which is primarily why someone would get rejected.

Is eligibility completed before Security Screening? if so, then what is Security Screening all about? As in, doesn't employment history etc get re-evaluated and re-verified etc in SS?
