Hi! I'm CEC Outland. My Aor is 31 Jan. Eligibility passed: 12 April. RCMP request:12 April. Upload:12 May Ordered my first GCMS on late May. And finally got some move: Security Screening started: 20 June. And my second GCMS is exactly the same of the same one. Nothing changed since then.

Primary office: Ottawa Secondary office: Centralized intake office.

7 months since Aor now. CEC Outland. I get stuck in background check. And according to the GCMS note, they just began security screening on 20th June, and it will last more than 3 months. ...

Still waiting for the security screen to be done. Counting days...........

There are less and less post every day here, but I'm still here. ;) I hope I could get my ppr before my GCMS note come out by the end of August.

Don't lose hope, mine has the same situation but the GCMS note shows eligibility passed. So maybe it's same for you. They just don't update the CIC application statuss.

My app status get stuck in" we need additional document please check the message" but without any messages. I sent message to CPC Ottawa and got no specific information. I just wonder could it be possible that they are asking me passport??? :eek:

Actually I ordered it from a Chinese Immigration company. They have a shop in Taobao and costs very little. In fact you can choose whatever company reliable to help you with that GCMS note, since it is just a very simple procedure, but you have to wait 30 days for it. Good luck!

My background has been IP1 since medical passed. And nothing changed ever till now for almost 6 months. By the way, 3 months ago they asked for RCMP. But background never changed.
