I had to send a CSE to IRCC. I also sent them an Schedule A document just in case (which also includes family information and other things).
You can submit a CSE here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

I chose permanent residency applied online.
Schedule A is a document that IRCC requests in some cases, which contains pretty much the same information as the first sections of the permanent residency application. I decided to include this document for clarity. You can find the document here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5669E.pdf

Yeah, under Personal Details -> Family it says:

Code:
Please tell us about [Your Name] immediate family members that have not been identified in the application.
This includes any parent, any spouse or common-law partner, any child including adult children, and any brothers or sisters. If the relative is deceased, provide the date of death.
• Check the list at the bottom of the form first to see information you have already saved.
• When you click "Save and Add", each relative's details will be saved to the list.
• The fields will go blank to let you add details about another relative.
• Use the modify or delete button if you want to change details that you have already saved to the list.

Many Thanks for this post... even I missed these details, but luckily i haven't submit my application yet !!!

You made my day ;)

Just uploaded and submitted the IMM5475 form that IRCC asked me for earlier today and my "review of documents" section changed to "Provided". Background Check also changed from "Not Needed At This Time" to "Not Started".

Actually there is a way for you to see your sent e-APR application. Once you are viewing the application status click on the "View submitted application" button. This will take you to see what files have been uploaded. At the top there is a button to "Start Again", click that (don't worry it won't affect your application) this will prompt you whether you want to continue or cancel. Click "Cancel".

You will be able to view your submitted forms after going through that process.

Awesome!!! +1 for the trick.

I submitted mine today. Lets see how long it goes
