I am March 3 AOR....when can i expect PPR

According to CIC PPR takes 6 months, so if your AOR was March 3 it would be September 3.
It could be earlier but don't get your hopes up

Mine has been at Nova Scotia in BG IP Since Feb 20. Now I am worried if I do have some criminal record In Toronto

No need to worry. Before the systems changed on march 06 my BG and few others whose status first changed on Feb 18-20 also got BG change back to not needed. I donno what that translates with the new wordings. I was worried to but mine changed as well AOR jan 14th

last week my case was being processed at Sydney, NS and today i got another email saying it is now being processed at Ottawa.

lol! I am seeing some updates through email queries...

We have exact time lines. My VO was said to be Sydney too. Did you email them again ? Should i inquire again where my app is being processed to see if its transfered to local VO? I live in Toronto

yeah, you can send another email. I did the same. I sent an email on Monday and received their reply yesterday. I live in Toronto too.

I got ADR today for RCMP replacement need.

I submitted upfront dated March 15, 2016, so does it valid only for 6 months?

Anyone have idea where can i get fasted ? I am in canada.

Now when I try to upload RCMP they ask for document number and dates when i did and expired dates? what should i fill in this?

I am CEC outland candidate. I received my AOR on January 7, 2017. Medical passed February 17, 2017 and same day my background check went in progress.

Later I opened my profile on March 1 and without any update in my email my background status changed to non applicable. After reading the thread I emailed CIC asking the visa office processing my application and they notified me its Case processing centre Ottawa.

1. Is it normal for background status changing from IP to NA?
2. Also I am presently in India and shouldn't be New Delhi office processing my application instead of Ottawa.
3. Approximately when I can expect my PPR.

1. Is it normal for background status changing from IP to NA? YES, remember NA is the new NN, you'll probably see it move back to IP just before you PPR
2. Also I am presently in India and shouldn't be New Delhi office processing my application instead of Ottawa. Not necessarily, I think CPC-Ottawa is teh default for CEC processing, so it will go to NDVO only if they need an interview or some kind of local verification
3. Approximately when I can expect my PPR. 80% of applications are processed within 6 months of AOR, anything moe specific and we'll all be guessing

Central Intake office is the first office everyone's file go to.
It looks like that have not transferred your application yet.

Sometimes it takes awhile for them to transfer your file. You might still be going through some checks at CIO.

What is the process flow?

CIC decides where each application will be finalized, depending on workload distribution. So you might think your file is somewhere while it is somewhere else. The only way to confirm is either by email or call to them.

CIO, Sydney NS does completeness check and A11.2.
Medicals are evaluated by RMO and results are also uploaded by RMO.
Medical passed > R10 check(including criminality gets passed here) > A11.2 done by case Analyst then file transferred to LVO where it will be finalized.

Hey,

I would recommend just going to a police station and doing it there. No need to pay the fee at all since it's free if you do it at a police station. I live in Ontario so I went to an OPP station and got it done. (Make sure you go to one that has the electronic fingerprinting. Perhaps call in advance to ask them if they do)

I got an RCMP request on Friday Feb 24th. I couldn't go on that day so I went on Monday Feb 27th. Exactly a week later by Monday Mar 6th I had the RCMP envelope in my mailbox. Keep in mind that I live in the middle of no where so if you live in a relatively big city then you'll probably get it sooner.

When you get it, I used the DCN number for the number that they request. As for the expiry date I put 6 months ahead of the issue date.
