Hi all,

Received Schedule 4 request last night.
And I am in the process of filling the details.
Does anyone know where I can find an instruction guide for that?

Hello Every1,

1. I am a bit confused about my spouses details. I mentioned in the EE profile that she has 1 year experience (outside Canada) and she has post graduate degree (from outside Canada with no ECA). I believe that by stating these things I have not claimed any points for my spouse. Right?

2. And since I haven't claimed any points do I still have to write spouses employment and education details in the e-APR and then attach the proof of the same?

3. I cannot pay upfront RPRF because of credit card payment limit. I can pay application fee once and then RPRF the next day. Since I am paying RPRF the next day before AOR and attach the receipt with my application, I believe that paying RPRF this way will not delay the process because its still upfront. Right?

4. My company is a big firm and they don't remember employees individually. I have to give heads up to my employer. When will CIC call my employer? Will they call them only when my application status changes to "Background Checks"?

Sorry I have included lot of queries here. but I am expecting help from fellow aspirants.

In the old system I could see the list of documents that I had submitted (name of the files, but not their content). In the new system I can see the same.

He was not talking about uploaded documents list. In earlier system, there was a way (a tricky one, not straight forward though) to view your forms ( personal history, travel history etc. ) , this option is not anymore valid after the update.

For work history as long has you clicked NO to your wife having no work experience under the work history section, you are fine.

For work history, you need to mention them under personal history and not under work history.

if you do not pay all upfront you need to wait for cic to request RPRF fee

they can call them anytime they need to. you shouldn't worry about this if your work experience is authentic

I understand. But you are asking in the wrong topic. Better you ask them under the relevant topic next time.

All the Best!

Central Intake office is the first office everyone's file go to.
It looks like that have not transferred your application yet.

Sometimes it takes awhile for them to transfer your file. You might still be going through some checks at CIO.

I received same answer. First thought it was Local Office but it's still Initial Intake.. so yet to go to any local office (I hear rumours after Sydney it is Ottawa as local office)
You never know what your local office will be, it's not based on country of origin/ residence for EE.

@babamia- CIC expects you to fill in all your previous experiences details, back to back, without any gaps. In case you were unemployed (or on a sabbatical break, or long vacation, or break due to illness etc ...), do mention the start and end date of that period - this will fill in the gaps. Do not ignore, since CIC is v particular about "no gaps'.

Hope the above helps.

I got my passport stamped and my file approved and closed yesterday :)
