I am a FSW Outland applicant with 2 dependents (Wife & an Infant). What should be the next status change and what should I expect during IP2? Will the CIC call/email my employers? Should I keep them informed about it?

My AD status changed to "No docs needed". But along with that BG status changed to IP2 as well from NA2 (We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information). Does this mean eligibility is done ? Kind of not sure as it is too early (17 days since AOR)

From what I've read PPR shouldn't be too far away, I fly home in four weeks so timing will be interesting if they want my passport.
