NA2 is sometimes the longest wait. You can get an ADR (Additional Document Request) anytime, albeit it reduces once you move toward IP2.
Thanks. More than wait I am worried if I have to submit anything else. I uploaded everything I could find well above what is required.

I got mine in 22 days by God's grace, and mine was in December 2017. It's even lesser I hear nowadays.
22 days is amazing. Even I couldn't believe I was done with the first IP in under 2 weeks.

Everyone's situation is different. Not all will be processed in 16 or 22 days even with perfect applications. Lots of people with the AORs before or the same as mine still haven't gotten their PPRs yet. Get comfortable with six months or less like CIC posted. That way you won't be disappointed if you don't have the same fate of quick PPR processing.

Your point is very logical. My thing anyway takes more time than usual, so am mentally ready .Just that, if you hear something like this, you get a positive vibes .When have you submitted your docs?

Hi, I have 9 years of experience.

2007-2008 Company A

2008-2009 Company B

2009-2013 Company C

20013-2014 Unemployed worked for two months and left

2014-Present Company D (More than 3years)

In EE
In work History I entered about Company C and Company D only

I got reference letter from my present company D and Company C refused to give on letter head but my ex boss is ready to give on white paper. I have all other documents pertaining to Company C.

Can I use duties mentioned on white paper as a proof related to company C?

If you have a reference letter from Company D, you don't really need one from Company C given that you only get points for up to 3 years of foreign work experience. Move Company C to your Personal History.
