Some stats I pulled from myimmitracker.com today on percentage of PPRs received for each month. I have also compared them with stats I pulled earlier on April 23rd to see the progress in the last 8 days :

PPR:2
Percentage:1%
Progress since April 23rd:1%

March:
Total cases: 407

Progress since April 23rd:5%

Feb:
Total cases:448
PPR:128
Percentage: 28%
Progress since April 23rd:2%

Jan:

Percentage:29%
Progress since April 23rd:2%

Dec:
Total cases:405
PPR:172
Percentage:42%
Progress since April 23rd:2%

Nov:
Total cases:378
PPR:202
Percentage:53%
Progress since April 23rd:0%

As of April 23;

April:
Total cases: 164
PPR:0
Percentage PPR: 0%

March:
Total cases: 378
PPR:20
Percentage PPR:5%

Feb:
Total cases: 434

Percentage PPR:26%

Jan:

Note:Actual PPR percentages might be higher though, because it is very probable that some do not update the tracker after getting PPR, or might update the tracker with a lag

Your PPR is coming today, probably.
Anyway, it changes back to "submitted" after you open it. It's normal.
I noticed one more thing in my account though... my medicals were passed on 23rd feb.. but now the status of medicals is "You do not require a medical exam". Maybe that's what the update was, but I never received an email for that update.

Congrats! did you pay rprf upfront? also surprising that you received 3 adr yet your application moved fast!
Yes, I paid the RPRF upfront. As for the three ADRs, it was indeed surprising but gives hope that ADR does not delay the process too much as long as it is one of the common ADR (in our case, travel history and PCC)
