Yes, I paid the RPRF upfront. As for the three ADRs, it was indeed surprising but gives hope that ADR does not delay the process too much as long as it is one of the common ADR (in our case, travel history and PCC)
To those who have this concern, I just put in the LOE that I have sufficient points by myself without claiming any sibling points so I choose not to claim those additional points. It worked out fine, no issues were raised!

I think putting "NO" is fine. On the CIC website, when they added additional points for siblings, they asked people to update their profiles if they want to claim points for sibling and they have not reported existence of siblings in their profile beforehand. This suggests that not reporting...
I have enough points to get ITA without claiming points for sibling with PR While filling out the forms, I put "YES" for having a relative in Canada However, I dont want to claim points Any experiences with this?
