Feb AOR and then my BG screen kind of freezed at IP2 for a while. I called them today they said they sent me the PPR email in May but I didn't receive it. they said they will resend the email but I have not yet received anything so far. checked junk box and nothing is there.
Anyone has any advise what I should do at this stage?

have you tried to call them and get some updates? i just been told i should receive this PPR email in May but never happened. if i didn't call them i am probably still waiting atm16 days too much??
Call them and ask them about your email address that is registered with your application in their record.. It might be another email address that you are not aware of. They can update the email address on the phone, if not, then they would send you a link and you fill up the form and within 5 business days, your email address should be updated.

Mid April or last week April background changed to not available then in mid may it has changed to we are processing your background, we will let you know if we need any information and additional documents are been reviewed.
Yesterday, due to glitch in the system got fixed it seem the additional documents section changed to we don't need any additional documents..the status was same that we are processing your application, we will message you if we need any information...so it's been while now in IP2 stage...
I have requested for gcms notes 15th June and im expecting gcms notes on July 20th. I have emailed the visa office requestin status...this might take 20 days to get back to me..
Just wondering does anyone have a phone number of ircc?? Is it good idea to call them and ask?? Please and thank you

Just received the golden email tonight. My timeline is:
CEC inland, one dependent applicant
AOR: Feb 14th, 2017
ME Passed: Mar 13rd, 2017
IP2: May 2nd, 2017
my application was delayed after IP2 since CIC asked for my HK PCC.
Additional doc received by CIC: Jun 23rd, 2017
PPR: Jun 29th, 2017.
Hope everyone in this cohort will receive yours soon.

Oh...that's too bad...I did not get any automated response when I emailed them last week.
Hello, I`ve got my PPR on 28/6 (not sure when my application changed to IP2 as I did not check my profile at least for a week). I`m FSWO.
You can call HK Police Force and ask for which date they mailed the document to your CPC, and give a reasonable mail delivery time estimation (say 10 -17 business days), then you reach out to IRCC call centre. Since CIC records the date that they receive your additional document into their system, IRCC agents are able to advise you whether they receive it or not, even whether the officer starts reviewing it.
