So how many days will it take to begin IP?

its already been a week.

I have been waiting for nearly 2.5 months. FWS-PNP applicants are making hardly any progress. Wait till June end, we shall start seeing some movements and PPR's eventually.

Presently, November applicants are getting PPRs.

Hi,

Does anyone know how to withdraw application which is in process ?

After login, there is an option to withdraw your application.

Note - Money will not be refunded.

Hi All,

I submitted my PR application under the CEC stream while I was in Canada.

I've come to my home country due to some emergency and plan to live here for the next 2-3 months.

questions:

1. I would like to update my address to my Home country's so that once my PR is applied I can apply for PR visa's from my home country
2. Do I need to do my PCC from my home country again?

The PCC that was submitted was issued in Feb/17

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

You probably don't understand the statement.
So answer the question.
The qoute says if you have a valid job offer and authorized to work OR currently working in Canada?
There is no point arguing with you.
I have those who have applied FSW inland with payslips and less than required funds and given PR.
No point arguing with you. I feel it's rational enough.
The premise for CEC not showing funds clearly applies to FSW inland.
But people are usually very scared especially when they encounter people like you overblowing requirements.
Let's pass on this

I understand that CEC and FSW Inland currently working should be the same but unfortunately it's not. As per the instructions on the website and you mentioned, it clearly states if you are CEC or are FSW with LMIA then you do not need to show funds. Simple. There's no arguing about it.

Let's make this super simple:

1. Valid Job Offer = LMIA approved job offer

AND

2. Authorized to work in Canada OR Currently Working in Canada = Have a Work Permit

Satisfy both of them and you don't need to show funds. Does that make sense? Or you still disagree ?

FSW, be it Inland or Outland have to show the LICO Funds unless only if they have an LMIA job!

Your friends might have gotten through but what is officially on the website is all I am stating. And yes, please feel free to do stuff your way!
