46% have Medical Passed (116 people)

54% have e-APR AOR (137)

Hey guys,

Put this question to the forum in different places a few times but never received a response...

I am FSW Inland and I'm in Canada on a Visitor Visa that I applied for 4.5 months ago. It is expiring in a 1.5 months.

Does my PR application pending allow me to remain here on implied status? Do I need to do anything?

I'm wondering whether I should apply for another VV but already had 2 back to back as my work permit ended in May 2016 and I stayed legally as a visitor.

Pending pr application does not give you implied status. You may want to apply for a third visitors visa to stay in Canada. Better safe then sorry
