Hmm...I have a feeling that you're talking about two different status here?

As far as I can remember, 'Invitation Received' status only showed up in my EE profile after I received my ITA.
'Open' status shows on my PR application profile ever since I submitted my application and received AOR...

(Hopefully someone can verify cause I'm speaking from my memory... )

I'm in the same position : profile submitted yesterday, AOR received, but status is "Invitation Received", and not "Open". I doubt it's anything to worry about. I've learned never to stress about anything to do with IRCC without waiting 24-48 hours first !

Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time

I am wondering "Scheduling an interview " is common to all cases ? or will appear in case of any questions / concerns ? Any thoughts ?

The one listed are default status for anyone who submitted the application and received AOR. Based on the information provided in multiple threads, I understood that there will be couple of checks for documentation. First change in the status would be Medicals. Once it is passed, then you'll see the status change in document section as No additional documents required at this time if you submitted everything. Otherwise, they may ask you to provide the necessary things. In that scenario, your status would be waiting for documents. Once you provided, they will change it to Provided.

Thanks for sharing. Will the change of status will be notified by email?

In my case, I have notified the status after 24 hours. Someone mentioned that they didn't even get any email. So, it would be better to check the status regularly. In case if CIC is looking for some additional documents and there is no mail notification, it would delay our process.
