Got a mail stating "Ready for Visa / Prêt pour Visa" asking me to send my passport to the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi through VFS.

Yup....getting all this information to see what's happening with your application and calling etc, even though you're within the period is good information but that's all it is, information. Doesn't impact the processing speed. If they need something they'll inform you, if not, we just have put our legs up, relax, have a drink and wait ;) and that's the challenge.

  • human or international rights violations, including
    • war crimes
    • crimes against humanity
    • being a senior official in a government engaged in gross human rights violations or subject to international sanctions
