I just wonder why it takes so long to change the medical status.. maybe to drive us crazy! lol

CIC is not consistent with the applications . depends on officer to officer , 60 days is not set by CIC . It just approximation based on the recent trend .Kearnixer said:(FSW)
Hello guys,
That's what I have so far:
28.02: Application sent
01.03: AOR
12.04: BGC - Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check.
26.04: BGC - Not applicable
Medicals still not passed
Besides the medical part, what would be next?
Thanks in advance!
I am FSW-O with AOR 19 Feb but haven't seen any change in BG after NBG (Med passed 31 Mar, NBG 1 April). People are seeing change to NA after NBG, this has me worried.Kearnixer said:(FSW)

CIC guideline is 6 months and it can take more than 6 too . Have patience and no need to worry as we have seen PPR'S being issued without change in status .
and some with different ways so dont worry as u have seen movement in background check .
ALL the best
Lol that happensKearnixer said:Thanks a lot!
That's true! I have seen people geting the PPR within 3 months in the FSW stream. Changing status twice in the same day.
It's just weird when you see almost all the people passing the medicals and you don't. lol.
Thanks for being positive
This is a nerve game but as long as we also see other people in the same situation we can assume things are "normal". I'm just surprised how fast some applications has already received the PPR in our stream as well.uncommonfriend said:I am FSW-O with AOR 19 Feb but haven't seen any change in BG after NBG (Med passed 31 Mar, NBG 1 April). Hoping everyone receives their PPR soon.
