CIC is not consistent with the applications . depends on officer to officer , 60 days is not set by CIC . It just approximation based on the recent trend . CIC guideline is 6 months and it can take more than 6 too . Have patience and no need to worry as we have seen PPR'S being issued without...

Only for medical status or ist background status Any other changes in background check u wont get any emails or notifications U might get notification for PPR mostly it comes on ur email u have provided ALL THE BEST :)

As per trend for FSW it takes around 45 to 60 days to get medical pass . As CIC is little slow in processing right now it might take a little bit longer . So no need to worry :D
