Hey do all files get transferred from Sydney nova Scott, to Ottawa I'm just concerned there's something wrong with my file as it's still in nova Scota, no file transfer no change to back ground check for over a month, is refusal likely?

How do you know where is your application file?

I emailed them and asked where it was being processed, I think nova scota is first place, then once they have moved from there refusal is very unlikely but not sure can anyone help
