My BG in progress and PPR received together.

This forum helped to keep me sane through this entire process and I will be ever grateful for that!

Anyone from NDVO- PNP category and still waiting ..

My BG changed to IP on 19 Sep but no updates till now. Everybody else got PPR around my dates.....

Worried :(

I am still waiting, 8 months since AOR- OINP, Primary VO is NDVO. File got transferred to NDVO on 27th April, and BG in progress from 19th July.
My case is very straight forward with no complications, not sure why they are taking so much time.

Even my case is simple.
Only one PCC
Roles and responsibilities from 1 company with 6 years exp...

U dropped CSE and emails to NDVO ?

Yes, For CSE, got the generic reply that 6 months is just an approximation, and there is no max time frame.
I have again raised a CSE specific to NDVO last monday, and also sent an email. Have not received any reply till now. Planning to order another set of GCMS sometime next week.
First one shows Eligibility -Passed, Criminality -In progress, and Security -not started. They are not even touching the files for months.

I have got my gcms in Jul month..
Everything was OK.

Elgibility and security was not started.. so I guess in this BG which changed to IP they must be checking eligibiity ... just a guess

I just received the GCMS with the following notes:

Then it just stop. Nothing more. Is it normal for GCMS report? Based on the above information, is my application's assessment ok so far? is there anything that i should concern?

Hi all,

Please can someone help me - I submitted passports for myself and my spouse at the VFS Canada today but entered the wrong height and eye colour details on the form for both of us. I'm really worried. Please can some one let me know if this has happened to them and what's been the outcome?

Thanks
MK

Can You check with the VFS itself

BG changed to in progress and received passport submission request today.
AOR was 19th Feb 2016. Took almost 7 months to process. Category FSW

Are you an Inland or Outland candidate? And what was the VO?

VO was New Delhi. I am not sure about how to say its Inland or Outland.
I applied when I was in India, shifted to Canada on work permit and changed my address to local address with CIC. So I am not sure what category it belongs to...

Also I was talking to a certified immigration consultant who helped me with my work permit, they say the processing is delayed to about 7.5 months. So its better to be patient.
