Hi guys & gals,

Just received my third set of GCMS notes.

Very few changes from my previous set where everything was "Passed" except for Security.

In yesterday's notes, there are four new activities added for "security".

Activity 4
Activity Type: Security
Field Name: Status
All other details have been removed.

Activity 3
Activity Type:Security Screening
Field Name: Status
New Value: Not Started

Activity 2
Activity Type: Security Screening
Field Name: Status
All other details have been removed.

Activity 1
Activity Type: Security Screening
Field Name: Status
All other details have been removed.


Also, there was, one more change in the "Preferred Correspondence Channel". In the two previous GCMS notes, the preferred channel was "MyCIC". and now it is "Online". Although, I didn't request any such change.

My due date was 11 September and of course nothing happened on that date.

Any insights could be much appreciated.

Just called CIC again after 2 weeks from the 1st call, agent said my file is still in SGVO and they could not give any information.

Anyone here knows the contact details of SGVO, could you please share with me? Many thanks

They only mention sent via online. I give them only one id.

My suggestion , call them right away.

Just called CIC again after 2 weeks from the 1st call, agent said my file is still in SGVO and they could not give any information.

Today I called CIC and an agent told me to contact with SGVO as my file has already transferred there.
Where can I find contact number of SGVO?

I called yesterday and the agent told me a "final decision" is not completed yet, everything else is passed (whyyyyy then?!). Did you call them?
I'm planing to call in 7 days, also raised a CSE. I haven't asked for notes

Case Specific Enquire. Basically sending them an email asking "what's up", it won't make any difference, but at least, you have proof you ahve been trying to contact them,

Normal Processing time is 10 business days..
